Returns & Exchanges

At Solvar Jewellery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place your jewellery in its original presentation box and secure it within a padded shipping envelope to ensure it arrives back to us in perfect condition.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Studio

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our master jewellers inspect the returned piece, we will process your full refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
